Extra Effects / Complex Designs - Extra Small Fee depending on complexity

- Commissioner can re-upload image as long as you give Credit to me!
- Commercial Rights is +50% (Only For Selling Merchandise and other sales)
- Can be used for streams/overlays, display pics!
- If I have already started on your piece and made significant progress I won't be able to refund
- Can do some minor edits afterwards depending on how big they are!
